We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Production & delivery times

Every Gym Crush order is printed on demand — meaning your shirt is made just for you after you place your order. Here's the realistic timeline:

- Production: 2-5 business days
- Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Total: 5-10 business days from order to doorstep

Shipping rates

- Standard shipping: $5 flat rate on orders under $50
- FREE shipping on all orders $50 and up

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before reaching out — it happens.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing after 3 business days, email us at hello@shopgymcrush.com and we'll make it right.
